The site of this development is in Chania, a city of over 40,000 located in Western Crete. Located on the Cretan Sea, it overlooks the old city of Chania and affords beautiful views to the sea, the city and the Mountains. It is comprised of approximately 20 acres.

This proposed $40 million project, would consist of 140 condominium housing units, 300 hotel rooms with harbor-side commercial development which includes galleries, restaurants, and specialty retail. A harbor marina would be developed along with all parking and site accessways.

The location offers an opportunity to provide a new village in vernacular Cretan architecture. Sensitive site and environmental planning as well as architectural vocabulary will make Chania Harbor a distinctly harmonious development within a historic context.
